Journaling helps us “check in” with how we are feeling and allows us to stay on track with where we want to be personally or professionally.
In Daily Dose’s group goal setting sessions, we can work with a particular team focusing on a group project, or do a general session for the whole company. The classes are interactive including components of writing, meditation and prioritization of your professional tasks, with follow-up sessions to make sure progress is being made.
