FAQs
What technology do I need to participate?
You will need a phone or computer to access the content.
What if I start late?
You can join before any month and you will get access to the content for 12 months after your start date. Start date will be the 1st Monday of the first month. For example, if you join January 15th, your program would start the first Monday in February (February 2nd).
When is content released?
The first four (4) Mondays of the month.
When you join:
- You’ll receive a welcome email with login details
- Access content anytime via mobile or desktop
- Listen on your schedule—before work, during lunch, or on your commute
- You’ll receive a short quiz at the end of each month to rate your progress and how much you liked that month’s habits
How long is it?
Each audio is around 2-5 minutes long giving you that week’s tip and the benefits. You’ll then incorporate that microhabit every day for as long as you’d like. As we provide new content each week, you’re encouraged to continue the previous week’s habit to continue the benefits. Each micro-habit is curated to be easy enough to incorporate into your daily routine.
What if I don’t like the habit?
If a habit isn’t resonating with you, feel free to modify it or skip that week.
Can multiple employees share one login?
No. Each employee will have their own sign-in so they can track their progress individually.
When am I billed?
You’ll be billed the 1st of the month for that month of content. For example, you’ll be billed February 1st for February.
Can I cancel anytime?
Individuals can cancel their subscription with 30 day’s notice of the next full month. For example, if you cancel June 15th, your last bill would be July 1st and you would get access through the end of July.
Do I need to listen live?
No — content is on-demand, so you can listen whenever it fits your schedule.
How much does it cost?
Individuals can access the 12 months of wellness for $29 per month recurring.
Corporate pricing:
$499 per month recurring (up to 500 employees)
$999 per month recurring (500+ employees)
- Add on 1 live webinar catered to that month’s theme for an additional $500 per month ($6,000 total for the year for 12 webinars, 1 per month; Unlimited employees)
- Add on 1 in person workshop catered for your company for an additional $500 per month (company can choose date and DAILY DOSE founder will fly to corporate site for an in person event. ($6,000 total for the year for 1 in person workshop; Unlimited employees)
